Not the way to get Moe business
So Moe’s Southwestern Grill on the drag has decided to stop accepting coupons that they agreed to print from those college coupon handbooks passed out on the drag. The ones they’ve stopped accepting are the 1/2 off and buy one get one free. That’s bullshit. They can’t agree to print coupons with experation dates in the future and then just post on their door they’re not taking them. That was one of the best reasons to go their. At 7 or 8 bucks per entree, those meals can get pretty expensive. It just defeats the purpose to agree to print coupons and then say “wait, nope, we’re losing too much business, so instead of honoring them, we’re gonna ban them.”
Thanks, Moes.
I’d agree that the coupons are all Moe’s has going for it. The food’s not that great. I’m not sure I’d even go there with a coupon.
I like the food, but to eat there more than once every 2 weeks or so without coupons is expensive.
This is probably the worst place to get a burrito in Austin. The only thing going for it is the eye-catching sign on the drag. If you want a good burrito then go to chipotle or freebirds (although i should point out that you’ll probably hate one and love the other)
